A federal judge has ordered a new sentencing for a man who pleaded guilty as a 15-year-old to a 1996 murder in Norfolk after he was threatened with a life-without-parole sentence. “This case is a huge win” for Contreras and his lawyer, SFH partner Jonathan Sheldon.
